About Andi Baldwin
Andi Baldwin is the CEO and Partner of PIE. A Bozeman, Montana native, she returned to her hometown in 2014 to join PIE as a consultant, delivering work on behalf of clients like KPMG, JLL, Slalom, and IBM. She joined the management team in 2018 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2023. Andi has worked in nearly every part of the business during her tenure at PIE and finds immense joy in solving the ever-present puzzle that is growing a professional services firm. Andi is proud to lead a firm that has made game-changing connections for thousands of executives around the world from its headquarters in beautiful Bozeman. She is equally proud to have built a culture that attracts exceptional talent and a Partner group at PIE that is majority women. She has Bachelor’s degrees in International Business and German from University of Rhode Island, and Master’s degrees in Public Relations and International Relations from Syracuse University.

HOW I LIVE A FULL LIFE
I read as much as I can, and I try to keep a good rotation of fiction, non-fiction, and business books on my shelves. I’m a bit of a motorhead, so Sundays often find me up early to watch MotoGP and F1 races before I get outside to enjoy the mountains. Finally, I sit on the board of a public health nonprofit and put a lot of energy toward improving access to affordable reproductive healthcare in our state.
A BOOK RECOMMENDATION
The Checklist Manifesto by Atul Gawande. It acknowledges the complexity of everything we do, regardless of our industry, and it reminds us that preparedness (and checklists!) can help reduce risk and improve performance, even for experts.
